The challenge
NCC needed a better way to manage asphalt maintenance. Damage was assessed manually by driving around to find it, which made the work slow and costly, made prioritisation hard, and caused a lot of unnecessary transport.
What we built
We led the development of CPOT, a mobile and web application that gives municipalities, contractors and inspectors one shared, real-time view of every repair. It integrates with NCC’s internal systems and with AI-driven services to identify and prioritise damage in place of the manual inventory.

The challenge
Stock that fails quality control was handled in spreadsheets and email. Batches sat unsellable while partners worked without shared information, and the EU’s new ESPR rules require a documented trail for every product that is reworked, donated, recycled or destroyed.
What we built
We built Flexireo inside a live quality operation, over two years with a multi-country European retailer and its partners. It runs the whole lifecycle: triage, routing, RFQs and bids, award, unit-level tracking with photo evidence, ESPR documentation and partner scorecards.

Rework, donation, recycling and disposal are tracked in the same place, down to the unit.

The audit trail for ESPR disclosure is produced while the work is done, not as a separate project.
